Abstract
The determination of the diethyldithiocarbamate chelates of As, Cd, Cu, Pb, and Zn by direct insertion probe mass spectrometry is reported. The sensitivity of the technique is limited by an instrument blank problem, but fractional nanogram amounts of each element can be determined by this approach. Keywords
