Abstract
This paper presents measurements of index-of-refraction fluctuations and profiles made with a direct reading microwave refractometer over the Atlantic Ocean and coastal areas near Lakehurst, N.J., in April 1951 and over the vicinity of Wright-Patterson Field, Dayton, Ohio, in June 1951.Keywords
