Abstract
This study was designed to investigate the rheological and plasmatic parameters from multipally transfused patients. The erythrocyte deformability was carried out on three different groups of patients: those with haematological disorders, those undergoing medico-surgical reanimation and those undergoing surgery. Blood filterability compared with the erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility, the 2.3 DPG ATP and oxygen haemoglobin affinity allows us an approach of the metabolic function of the red blood cell in vivo, following transfusions. Keywords
