Abstract
Direct measurements have been made of radiative lifetimes of the nine levels of the , , , and configurations in Ne I. Branching ratios have been calculated in the Coulomb approximation, and oscillator strengths are given for all of the above transitions. The lifetimes agree well with previous experimental results. The cascade lifetimes determined in a two-exponential model are consistent with known lifetimes of visible transitions.
