Abstract
Rhopheocytosis, scattered granules of ferritin, ferritin clusters and ferruginous micelles are described in osmic acid fixed cells from the bone marrow of a previously described patient with hereditary hypo-chromic sideroachrestic anemia, using the electron microscope.Keywords
