Abstract
The Faddeev-Lovelace equations have been solved for the system with the use of new separable interactions. The spectrum is given and the () elastic scattering observables (angular distributions, vector and tensor polarizations) are calculated and compared with recent experimental data. A noticeable improvement on Shanley's results is obtained.
