Abstract
The literature dealing with the concomitant appearance of diabetes and asthma is discussed. These diseases are not mutually exclusive. Various types of abnormal blood sugar curves and too low fasting values were frequently found. The author''s material also points in the same direction: about 30% were normal, about 30% too high, and about 30% too low. This should be taken into account when determining the diet and subsequent treatment. Keywords
