Abstract
Moments of the emerging distributions for the one‐speed homogeneous slab albedo problem are manipulated to provide a scheme for calculating the expansion coefficients of the scattering kernel of the medium. Simple equations for the highest‐order and next‐highest‐order coefficients are given, and suggestions for their possible use in experiments are provided. Keywords
