Abstract
Ophthalmodynamometric pressure (ODP) was investigated in 54 patients with cerebrovascular disease. The ODP results were compared with clinical and angiographic findings. It has been found that ODP examination is a valuable supplement to other diagnostic methods. When the diastolic ODP difference is 10% or more, carotid disease is frequently present. Keywords
