Abstract
Three cases of splenomegalia lymphatica hyperplastica have been reported by Brill, Baehr and Rosenthal.1My patient was a man, aged 50, who came to my office for the first time, Oct. 22, 1926, with a history of swollen nodes behind the ears and on the back of the neck since early summer. He complained also of occasional cold and hot feelings; of discomfort in the upper abdomen, irregularly; of being very tired; of slight headache and of nervousness and at times nausea. He did not sleep well and had no appetite. The family history was negative. The personal history was negative, except for an appendectomy in 1915.
