Abstract

This study is designed to extend and enlarge upon previous empirical studies concerned with the perceived job satisfaction of managerial personnel. It focuses upon comparing the perceived need satisfactions of managers in large industrial organizations and Certified Public Accountants employed by large CPA firms.
