Abstract

The magnetic moment of the

Ξ^{-}

hyperon has been measured to be

μ (Ξ^{-}) = - 0.69 \pm 0.04 \pm 0.02

nuclear magnetons, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively.
