Zur Validität der Skala Derealisation/Depersonalisation des Narzissmusinventars

Abstract
Die Validität der Skala NI-DRP des Narzissmusinventars bei der Erfassung von Depersonalisation (DP) und Derealisation (DR) wird im Vergleich zum Fragebogen zu Dissoziativen Symptomen (FDS) und der Cambridge Depersonalisation Scale (CDS) überprüft. Die Stichprobe umfasst 144 Psychotherapiepatienten, von denen n = 51 keine, n = 45 leichte, n = 28 mäßige und n = 20 schwere DP-DR aufgrund der Einstufung mittels eines strukturierten klinischen Interviews aufweisen. Hinsichtlich der ROC-Kurve und der Fehlklassifizierungsrate ergaben sich keine signifikanten Unterschiede zwischen der Skala NI-DPR und den Skalen des FDS. Die CDS weist die geringste Fehlklassifizierungsrate im Vergleich zu den anderen Instrumenten auf. The German Narcissism-Inventory contains a 6-item scale for the assessment of depersonalization (DP) and derealization (DR). The validity of this scale (NI-DRP) was examined in comparison to the German version of the Dissociative Experiences Scale (FDS) and the Cambridge Depersonalization Scale (CDS). The sample consists of 144 psychotherapy patients, of whom showed on the basis of a structured clinical interview n = 51 none, n = 45 mild, n = 28 moderate and n = 20 severe DP-DR. The areas under the curve and the rate of misclassification did not differ for NI-DRP and the scales of the FDS. The CDS showed the lowest rate of misclassifications.
