Neurinoma of the Abducens Nerve

Abstract
A patient presented with signs of increased intracranial pressure and a right 6th nerve paresis. The diagnostic evaluation with ventriculography indicated a tumor of the right cerebellopontine angle. At operation a neurinoma arising from the right 6th nerve was encountered. Postoperatively the patient recovered function in her 6th nerve.
