Abstract
THE rapid expansion of federal activity in the areas of health and medicine during the 1960's has been sufficiently dramatic to generate considerable interest and debate within the medical profession. It is a fair assumption, however, that many busy physicians have not had the opportunity to keep abreast of all the new developments, since they have come in such quick succession and in so many different areas.
