Abstract
Sera of human beings receiving large doses of gonadotropic hormone (pregnancy urine extract) were examined for the presence of anti-hormones and for complement fixation antibodies. Injection of the sera into [female][female] and immature [female][female] mice over a prolonged period did not alter the normal oestrus cycle nor the histology of the ovaries. Injs. into infantile mice did not inhibit gonadotropic response produced by antuitrin-S.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
