Abstract
The profiles of He I 4471- and 4921 - Å lines and their forbidden components have been calculated for and °K in the presence of a 70-kG magnetic field, with the aid of an extended formulation of the impact theory. In both cases, the lines exhibit important modifications, which are not shown by isolated or completely degenerate lines in similar situations.
