Abstract
BaTiO3, (Ba, Sr) TiO3 and (Ba, Pb)TiO3 powders with grain sizes smaller than 0.1 μm were synthesized hydrothermally at 200°C for 24h, using the wet titanium gel. Effects of sintering temperatures, substitutions of Sr and Pb for Ba and pressures on dielectric properties of BaTiO3 ceramics prepared with these powders were investigated. The variations of the Curie temperature, Curie-Weiss temperature and Curie constant with Sr- and Pb-contents and pressures were found. Keywords
