Abstract
Nydrazid in daily oral doses of 3.0 mg./kg. over 4 to 16 wks. was well tolerated. It was quickly absorbed and max. concns. were found in plasma between 1 to 6 hrs. after ingestion. It remained in the plasma for 6 to 24 hrs., and 47.8 to 70.7% was excreted during a 24-hr. exptl. period. No indications of drug toxicity were found when Nydrazid was given for 4 to 16 wks. at 3 mg./kg.Keywords
