Abstract
THE association between malignant mesothelioma and asbestos exposure is well known.1 2 3 Often the exposure is not obvious, and careful clinical and epidemiologic investigations are required to identify it. We recently investigated five cases of this tumor in a Native American pueblo of approximately 2000 persons.
