Abstract
Based on our experimental studies in rats and our clinical experiences, Pentoxifylline appears to have a potential application in the treatment of a skin flap in danger of necrosis. We believe that improving the deformability of red blood cells by increasing ATP content is an important factor in flap survival. Keywords
