Abstract
The T matrix for near‐adiabatic processes involving a bound state is presented in the two‐state representation by introducing the effective kinetic energy operator. A new expression for the T matrix is derived in terms of generalized coordinate system with reference to the molecular rotating frame. The expansion formula for the T matrix around the potential crossing point is given. Keywords
