[Determination method of polysorbates in powdered soup by HPLC].

Abstract
HPLCによる粉末スープ中のポリソルベートの定量法について検討した．試料中の油脂成分をn-ヘキサンで除去後，アセトニトリルでポリソルベートを抽出した．抽出液をボンドエルートシリカゲルカートリッジ (500 mg) に負荷し，酢酸エチルで粉末スープ由来の妨害物質を流去した後，アセトニトリル-メタノール (1 : 2) でポリソルベートを溶出した．溶出したポリソルベートをチオシアン酸コバルトと反応させ，生成した青色の化合物を，GPCカラムを使用したHPLCで測定した．粉末スープでの添加回収率は 75% 以上であり，定量限界は 0.04 mg/g であった．市販の粉末スープ16件につき本法で分析したところ，いずれも不検出であった．Keywords
