Abstract
Circular DNA has been extracted from isolated globulous chromoplasts of Tulipa gesneriana L. The isolated DNA molecules occur in the form of “open circles” and have a contour length of about 43.6 μm, corresponding to a molecular weight of about 92 kdaltons.This publication has 7 references indexed in Scilit:
