Abstract
Adrenal weight was significantly higher in 16 victims of violent suicide than in 10 subjects who died suddenly from other causes. Since approximately half of suicide victims are depressed, these results support an association between depression and hypertrophy of the adrenal cortex. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
