Abstract
Generation of O2− from enzymatic reduction of purified aclacinomycin A with cytochrome P-450 reductase and NADPH in the presence of O2 was demonstrated by spin trapping method in phosphate buffer. Addition of Fe3+ ion into the above system led to the detection of both O2− and ·OH spin adducts. Keywords
