Abstract
Complexes [CrIII 2MIIO(MeCO2)6py3](M = Mg, Fe, Co, Or Ni) and [CrIIIFeIIIMIIO(MeCO2)6py3](M = Mn, Fe, Co, or Ni; py = pyridine) are reported; their absorption spectra, together with those of the analogous Fe2 IIIMIIcomplexes, provide new information about electronic properties of the M3O system. Keywords
