Abstract
A method for separating and analysing quantitatively, mixtures of barbiturates by thin-layer chromatography is described. The barbiturates are eluted from the silica gel and coupled with mercury which is then estimated by dithizone. The method can be used to assay commercial pharmaceutical preparations. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
