Abstract
Antisera against potato leaf-roll virus (PLRV) were successfully prepared for the first time. The dilution end point of PLRV-antiserum was 1:4096 in precipitin ring tests. The PLRV-antigen reacted to homologous antiserum up to about 6μg/ml. The minimum concentration of viral antigen was about 30μg/ml in agar gel double diffusion tests. No close serological relationship was found between PLRV and soybean dwarf virus belonging to PLRV group, by either precipitin ring or agar gel double diffusion test. Keywords
