Abstract
Presentation of CaseA seventy-seven-year-old woman was admitted to the hospital in a semicomatose condition. The history was obtained from relatives.Two days before admission, in the morning, the patient became nauseated and vomited a considerable quantity of greenish fluid. She later complained of severe intermittent pain throughout the abdomen and in the back. On the day before admission there was no nausea or vomiting.
