Abstract
Injn. of large doses of epinephrine (500 ug./kg.) lowered serum Na and chloride in cardiac muscle; arterenol or epinephrine produced a marked increase in the extracellular fluid volume. Epinephrine increased intra- cellular Na concn. and decreased intracellular K concn.Keywords
