Abstract
Use of tri-n-butylphosphine as a reducing reagent in solid phase peptide synthesis by oxidation-reduction condensation is studied. Attachment of the first amino acid to hydroxymethyl resin reached the amount suitable for the succeeding peptide bond elongation within 1 hr. Key of this reaction is to keep the concentration as high as possible. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
