Abstract
Case 1 : A 46 year-old man who had been diagnosed as Peutz-Jeghers syndrome at 7 years ago came to our hospital with complaints of constipation and bloody stool.When the laparotomy was underwent, hamartomous polyps in the stomach, the small bowel and sigmoid colon were found in addition to the unresectable rectal tumor which was mucocellular adenocarcinoma.Case 2 : A 43 year-old man admitted to our hospital with complaints of alternating bowel habit and bloody stool. The pigmentation were found over the lips.When the laparotomy was performed, some polyps of the small bowel and rectum, and sigmoid tumor were recognized. Histological finding of the sigmoid tumor was mucoid carcinoma.Keywords
