Abstract
The half-lives of the lowest 6+ and 4+ states of 210Po have been determined to be T1/2(6+) = 40.9±1.0 ns and T1/2(4+) = 1.60±0.06 ns, respectively, by the γ-γ delayed coincidence method in the decay of 210At. It has been found that the quantities √B(E2)exp/B(E2)single-particle for the 6+ → 4+ and 4+ → 2+ transitions are about 10% larger than that for the 8+ → 6+ transition. Keywords
