Abstract
The decomposition of 2-hydroxyiminomethyl-1-methylpyridinium methanesulphonate (P2S) was studied at different temperatures and pH values. The initial rate of decomposition was found to be first order with respect to P2S concentration. The pH for maximum stability appears to be about 5.Keywords
