Abstract
The theory and realization of a solid state cold load working at millimeter frequencies and at room temperature giving a stable noise temperature of approximately -50°C is presented. Measurements of the load were made in a temperature profiling radiometer in the frequency range 52.8-58.8 GHz.Keywords
