Abstract
Doses of cortisone in mice comparable to the therapeutic levels employed in man significantly affect the inflammatory response, the formation of granulation tissue and the size of the spleen. The minimal dose required to affect inflammatory response, wound healing and the size of the spleen is the same. There is no dissociation of effects at different dose levels. Keywords
