Abstract
Evaluation feedback is now beginning to gain in importance among aid agencies. The materials available for feedback and the methods used are examined. Evaluation reports are now of a high standard and there is a need to ensure that they are effective in improving aid performance by ensuring that the feedback loop is complete.Keywords
