On the Use of Certain Transformation Techniques in the Study of Non-linear Systems

Abstract

In this paper, certain simple transformation techniques, which reduce the given classes of non-linear systems into equivalent linear systems, have been presented. Those techniques, which involve the transformation of the dependent variable of the governing differential equations, can be applied with ease in the study of many non-linear problems arising in various Holds such as oscillations in electrical/mechanical systems and the like.
