Embolization of angiomas of the spinal cord.

Abstract

The treatment of arteriovenous malformations has been one of the most difficult of neurosurgical probelms. A high percentage of these cases can be satisfactorily treated by embolization. A series of such cases is reported here. In many instances this is more satisfactory than direct surgical intervention.
