Abstract
Two fistulas involving the middle meningeal artery and veins were situated over the convexity of the skull. Neurosurgery was required in one case; spontaneous closure took place in the second. The anatomic basis of meningeal fistulas was related to the origin of extradural hemorrhage. An extradural hematoma was a concomitant finding in one case. Keywords
