Abstract
An 87-year-old man with Paget's disease of the left humerus was found to have a Paget's sarcoma upon pathologic examination of the left upper limb, which was disarticulated for severe pain and recurrent fractures. The histologic type of this tumor, a hemangiosarcoma, was unique among Paget's sarcomas. Keywords
