Abstract
The composition of an electroless nickel deposit has been shown to have profound effects on its physical properties. Data is presented to illustrate the effects of bath pH and operating temperature on the phosphorus content of commercial systems. The implications of these results on the process control required to ensure consistent deposit properties are discussed. Keywords
