Abstract
An experimental model was used to study the revascularization of ischemic skin lesions [in rats] and the effect of the [calf] blood extract Solcoseryl on this process. Under the conditions given in the experiment, restoration of the circulation was by 2 modes, reflow in the original vessels, and neovascularization. Solcoseryl given daily i.p. encouraged the reflow phenomenon and therefore, by improving the microcirculation and nutrition, the healing of the ischemic lesions. This publication has 11 references indexed in Scilit:
