Abstract
Two cases of retinal detachment occurring in toxemia of pregnancy were evaluated clinically and by fluorescein angiography. Both cases showed angiographic evidence of delayed filling of choriocapillaris and abnormal choroidal leakage of dye unassociated with signs of retinal angiospasm. Retinal detachment in toxemia of pregnancy apparently is secondary to choroidal damage. This publication has 17 references indexed in Scilit:
