Abstract
Human cytomegaloviruses (HCMV) induce nuclear antigens [in human foreskin fibroblast HFF cells] as early as 1 h after infection as detected by immunofluorescence. Early antigen development occurs in the presence of DNA, RNA and protein synthesis inhibitors and is dependent on intact viral DNA in the inoculum.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
