Abstract
In peatland surveys, the physical properties of peat provide much useful information about the peat. These should be determined preferably on samples in undisturbed (in situ) condition. This note describes a peat core cutter and technique designed to collect cores in situ in peatland surveys. Its effectiveness was proven during 5 yr of operational use. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
