Abstract
Pt complexes derived 3 isomers of 1,2-diaminocyclohexane were synthesized and their antitumor activities were evaluated against [mouse] ascites Sarcoma-180. All the Pt complexes had high antitumor activity. Pt complexes derived from cis-1,2-diaminocyclohexane were more effective than those derived from trans-l-and trans-d-1,2-diaminocyclohexane. Among the Pt complexes tested, oxalato(cis-1,2-diaminocyclohexane)platinum had a remarkably high therapeutic index. Modification of the nonleaving group and that of the leaving group is important in order to find better antitumor Pt complexes. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
