Abstract
A case of malignant pheochromocytoma of the bladder associated with renal cell carcinoma is described. The necessity for long-term followup in such cases is stressed. This case provides further documentation of the association of pheochromocytoma with renal cell carcinoma, an association which may occur more frequently than would be dictated by chance alone. It is suggested that these cases may represent von Hippel-Lindau disease with incomplete penetrance. Keywords
