Abstract
Four wood-inhabiting fungi, Byssoporiaterrestris, Cenococcumgeophilum, Pilodermabicolor, and an unidentified isolate, formed mycorrhizae with western hemlock (Tsugaheterophylla (Raf.) Sarg.) in pure culture. Field observations indicate that Cantharellusinfundibuliformis, Chroogomphustomentosus, Galerina sp., and Russula sp. are also mycorrhizal with hemlock growing in rotten wood. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
